Go Cubs Go!

It's still a little big, but we put Bobby in his first Cub's outfit and helped cheer on Jeff Samardzija pitch for Cubs for the first time.

Great Uncle Pat's Wedding

Bobby had his first big family outing at his Great Uncle Pat's wedding. The wedding was at The Summit Club in South Bend. It was a beautiful wedding and everyone had a great time. Uncle Pat married his sweetheart Jackie after about 15 years of dating her. They are such a lovely couple.... however they were so busy at the reception we only got 1 picture of them! At any rate, here are some other pictures of the family minus Aunt Tessa, Uncle Steve and cousin Harris. We can't wait for Bobby to meet them next month!

First Night Without Daddy

This week was Reggie's first night away from Bobby since he was born. He had to stay in Grand Rapids for work, so Sha-Sha stayed with us for the night. Of course, Bobby was perfect for his grandma and didn't fuss one bit. Kind of hard to prove that he has a fussy period every evening when he didn't make a sound Monday night. I swear Sha Sha is the baby whisperer. Matt/Jill - do you agree?

Once Reggie got home, he and Bobby enjoyed a nice nap on the couch to make up for lost time.

Our first official outing as a family... we went to a friend's luau. Some people didn't know if Reggie had a baby in his sling or if he was wearing the latest male accessory. Honestly, people....

Bobby got to meet his Uncle Mike and Aunt Kelsey this weekend and also hung out at Klinger Lake with lots of the Witt crew for the day.

Hanging out on the deck

Uncle Brendan came by for a visit and we all hung out on the deck for a little while.

Bobby also went to the doctor for his 1 month check up - he is up to 10 pounds and 21.5 inches long!
